This Opportunity: The Deputy Director, Strategic Growth is a key leadership position within the Americas Regional Business Partnership's Strategic Growth Team that is responsible for helping to achieve Palladium's growth objectives. The Deputy Director will serve as the de facto deputy to the Senior Director of Strategic Growth. This position will act on behalf of the Senior Director, representing Strategic Growth in senior leadership team meetings as well as at external events. The Deputy Director will work directly with the Palladium Strategic Growth Team and all of Palladium ARBP's International Development practice areas and portfolios to secure work from new and existing clients. Location and Compensation: The position is based in Palladium's Washington D.C. office. For our prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $122,000 to $205,000, and successful candidates may also be eligible for additional, variable incentive compensation dependent on the role.
