The Regal Rexnord Information Technology Internship Program is a fulltime, 10-week paid internship at our Grafton and Milwaukee offices starting June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.

  • Monitor model performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of ML models.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for ML Ops processes and workflows.

  • Support the automation of model training, testing, and deployment pipelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for ML Ops.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher

  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
