Parts Warehouse Associate

Interstate Power Systems is looking for a Parts Warehouse Associate for our Gillette Wyoming location. This role will be responsible for part delivery and pick up for the Parts Department.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay starting at $18.00/hour DOE

As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and technicians with their heavy-duty truck and or off highway equipment parts needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying, and locating the correct parts, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Position Duties:

• Deliver parts to customers and pick up return/cores
• Collect material and parts for the store as needed.
• Deliver parts to outside customers weekly.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner to customers.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or transports orders to packing station or shipping department
• Provide parts support to our service center.
• Shipping/Receiving of incoming and outgoing freight.
• Involvement in inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and vehicle
• Along with other assigned tasks.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving
• Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong organizational skills
• Uphold standard work schedule

Requirements for Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous computer experience, preferably using Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Lifting requirement of 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license.
