How you'll make a difference?

The Supply Chain Inventory Manager is responsible for establishing and monitoring the inventory management policies. This role will be a critical leader within the Integrated Business Planning Process.

What will your duties and responsibilities be?

The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.

  • Inventory Management Best Practices:

    • Establishing inventory management policies including safety stock, expiring inventory, E&O, etc.

    • Inventory projections.

    • What if scenario planning and impact assessment.

    • Establishing and monitoring supply chain inventory KPIs.

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Contributing to the development of strategic plans. Providing insights to enhance the alignment of business strategies.

    • Annual inventory budget and purchasing spend projections.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Effectively communicating across different teams and levels of the organization.

    • Translating complex information into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders.

    • Leading presentations at an executive level.

What skills and experience will you need?

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

Education/Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • 5+ years combined experience in demand/supply planning/inventory management.

  • Demonstrated success partnering and collaborating with Product Development teams within Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to write business reports and correspondence, as well as the ability to speak effectively before groups of peers, leadership, and customers.

  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

What qualifications are preferred?

The education, knowledge, skills and/or abilities listed below are preferred qualifications in addition to the minimum qualifications stated above.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

  • 2-3 years of related demand/supply/finance/inventory planning experience preferred.

  • Oracle R12 ERP experience and/or demand planning software preferred.

  • Power BI/Cognos experience.

  • Prior medical device experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills required for success in this position.

The anticipated salary for this position for an employeewho is located in Californiais$119,347to$130,817per year, plus bonus, based on performance, and benefits. The finalpayoffered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. The Company is a multi-state employer and thispayscale may not reflect thepayscale for an employee who works in other states or locations.
