With the rapid growth in cloud adoption, the Azure Compute General Purpose VM Product Management team is seeking an experienced product leader to shape the future of Azure VMs and lead a team of highly talented VM Product Managers. As an Azure VM Principal Product Management Manager, you will drive customer innovation with new VM offerings, define a roadmap for a portfolio of VMs, and oversee the entire VM product life cycle. This role provides the opportunity to establish deep customer relationships, utilize quantitative and qualitative data to make product recommendations, and develop products based on cutting-edge technologies. It is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who excels at creating clarity from ambiguity and guiding others through a fast-paced and ever-evolving market landscape.Candidates should be skilled at collaborating with both external and internal customers, as well as internal engineering teams across the company. As the leader of a team of Product Managers, you will be responsible for identifying and responding to customer requests. The ideal candidate must be proficient at influencing within a highly matrixed environment, setting objectives and key results, and leading others in scoping problems by identifying key inputs, stakeholders, and outcomes.
