Position Sr. Director, Quality and Research Initiatives Division Healthcare Association of New York State Description The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) is seeking a Sr. Director within its Quality Advocacy, Research and Innovation (QARI) division. Reporting into the Vice President, Quality Advocacy, Research & Innovation; Post-Acute/Continuing Care, this position has the responsibility to assist in the formulation of HANYS' education and advocacy strategies for the Association's quality agenda; serve as the subject matter expert on federal and state quality reporting program requirements; inform and educate members on new requirements and provide or design clinical and operational best-practices and other member resources. Periodic travel to our headquarters in Rensselaer, New York, will be required, but a remote working environment may be considered within New York State. The expected salary range is between $115,000 and $125,000 annually. Payrate offered will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities and in consideration of internal equity.
