Get to Know Your Team: Portneuf Medical Center is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma and tertiary care center and home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue. Responsibilities Provides and processes communication support to the Director/Manager. Assists in smooth patient flow throughout the facility by processing incoming calls via switchboard, alarms, two-way radio and emergency phones, and paging systems as needed. Works on special projects as needed/requested. Provides EMR support to Staff. Assist all departments and the public with day-to-day operations of communication. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent One year in a telecommunication setting. Current BLS certification within 90 days Preferred Job Requirements: Medical terminology experience
