Summary of Position This position reports directly to the Financial Reporting Manager and will be responsible for various areas relating to financial reporting, including working with the Fulgent's independent registered public accounting firm to ensure that the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (U.S. GAAP) and SECRegulations. This role will also participate in monthly reporting, quarterly SEC filings, quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and advising management on complex transactions from an accounting perspective. This position requires significant interaction with individuals internal and external to the organization, including senior management, independent auditors and other service providers. This position requires the ability to research accounting guidance, and interpret transactions in a clear and concise manner for multiple audiences.
