Duties and Responsibilities: The National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education is seeking a student administrative and events assistant for 10-15 hours per week starting in the Spring 2025 semester, with the potential for Summer and Fall 2025 employment. A successful candidate for this position will be flexible, adaptable, self-starting, and willing to take on a wide variety of projects in order to support the operations of a fast-paced, collaborative team. This position will be primarily virtual, with work conducted via email, regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, Google Docs and Sheets, etc. with some in-person work at our offices on the University campus and event locations as needed. Candidates must be available for 10-15 working hours per week primarily scheduled on weekdays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This position is in an upper level, highly visible office and requires the ability to perform with professionalism and competence in high-pressure situations and in a rapidly changing environment. This is a good opportunity for students interested in careers in health care, biomedical sciences, communications, HR, or interested in gaining experience in office administration, events and special projects management. Pay Range: $15.25 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience Please visit the Office of Student Health Benefits website for more information regarding benefit eligibility. Student workers are eligible to participate in the Student Health Benefit Plan, if they maintain 6 or more eligible course credits within a given semester.
