Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications Position Summary Under the general direction of the Associate VP of Human Resources, the Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage critical HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs to ensure alignment with the University's core values of collaboration, excellence, innovation, integrity, justice and scholarship. This team member will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to ensure consistent human resource practices are followed and that the University is compliant with federal and state employment law. The Senior HR Generalist is expected to be a resource on HR matters for all employees. Additional responsibilities include participation in University-wide initiatives and management of human resources projects. That is a minimum of 30 paid days off each year! This position may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement after 90 days, which could include a work from home option a couple of days a week.
