Summary of the Job:

The Mortgage Secondary Marketing Loan Delivery Specialist will making sure loan documents are accurate and complete. Responsibilities include organizing and sending documents to investors on time, keeping track of any issues, and fixing problems to avoid delays.

About This Role:

  • Ensure final loan document quality and resolve any deficiencies according to internal, investor and agency standards; verify loan documents for compliance, completeness and accuracy in accordance with multiple regulations and guidelines.
  • Scan and attach closing documents within loan origination system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of collateral documents and file to the purchasing investor.
  • Track and monitor investor purchase conditions and deficiency resolution to maximize profitability.
  • Track, review and prepare delivery of final collateral documents packages to purchasing investors.
  • Working within an investor stacking order, ship closed loan files to HFA Authorities and Master Servicers.
  • Assist in monitoring the Loan Delivery Inbox.
  • Identify risks associated with mortgage loan files and escalate issues to manager, as needed.
  • Adhere to organization's brand, corporate identity, and standards at all times.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to identify and recommend objective solutions to problems.
  • Ability to present information and reporting in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Location and Hours

  • Mortgage Secondary Marketing is located in the First National Bank Tower in Downtown Omaha
  • Full-Time (40 hours)
  • 100% onsite required

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $34,328.00-$51,492.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
