HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities): The Production Lead will assist in coordinating and directing day-to-day production activities for team members. This person will plan, organize, and carry out objectives related to production efficiency, utilization or equipment, safety practices, and quality of finished products. This role will collaborate with Operations leadership, team members, and cross-functional departments to meet packaging team goals. This position primarily works in our Golden Valley production facility and ideally would have flexibility in their hours to work weekends as business needs dictates.

The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $23.52 and $29.95 hourly This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
