Key Responsibilities: As a Sous Chef, you'll be a key player in driving our culinary success. Your responsibilities will include: Managing cost controls and expenditures Assisting in menu planning and execution Training and developing hourly team members Implementing new culinary programs Ensuring a safe and sanitary kitchen environment Monitoring HACCP compliance and closing procedures Preferred Qualifications: We're looking for someone with: An A.S. degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts Proven kitchen management experience in high-volume settings A strong understanding of food trends, quality standards, and cost controls Institutional or batch cooking experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools ServSafe certification If you're passionate about food, leadership, and innovation, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a stable, growth-oriented environment.
