Job Title: Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst

Position Overview: This role supports the efforts of Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Working collaboratively with the Security Cooperation team, the Foreign Disclosure Analyst assists in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework. Responsibilities are performed in strict adherence to the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policies and guidance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for Navy Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) or cooperative programs.
  • Provide expert recommendations for the release of information, technology, and capabilities to a Designated Disclosure Authority (DDA).
  • Ensure compliance with national, DoD, and Navy Technology Transfer Security Review Board (TTSRB) policies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 6+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, OR High School diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Senior-level professionals must demonstrate the following characteristics:
    • Operates independently, performing all functional duties with minimal supervision.
    • Assigned to high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a program.
    • Oversees the work of junior staff or manages the efforts of an entire team.
    • Demonstrates expertise in the field and contributes directly to achieving program goals.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a current Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
