Comm and Marketing Assist

The department of Diagnostic Medicine Pathobiology within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a temporary Course Development Video Assistant. The DMP 314 course-development videographer would (a) optimize the presentation of already-collected video footage related to environmental and public health, (b) help me collect additional video footage (e.g., of the water treatment plant in Manhattan, and other content to be determined), and (c) help me strategically add the video content into meaningful video vignettes and module-based content.

This position is on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires an associate degree and one year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in anthropology or another human-related scientific field
• Experience assembling multimedia content into educational formats
• Familiarity with video-editing software
