CI Technician Entry Level (1st shift)

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Continuous Improvement Technician (1st Shift) at our Eastford, CT Facility.

This is an individual who enjoys working with their hands and power tools everyday with opportunities to learn about manufacturing aerospace parts.

• Responsible for supporting strategic goals to improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reductions, quality improvements, safety improvements and efficiency.
• Design & build right-sized shop solutions for abnormalities on the shop floor using a combination of different building materials and mechanical components
• Create mistake-proof solutions that help resolve quality and safety concerns in the production flow lines and throughout the entire shop.
• Manufacture & Assemble product per work order instructions to support flow lines when needed.
• Participate in Kaizen workshops
