The Manager is responsible to support multiple sub-categories within Corporate Categories (indirect and commercial). The Manager will act as a business partner and work with business stakeholders to define business needs, assess and analyze spend, establish sourcing strategy, conduct the RFx process, make vendor selections, conduct contract negotiations, optimize vendor cost/performance, and manage vendor relationships. Deliver targeted procurement strategies and policies in support of the Company's strategic objectives, including developing, deploying and continually improving the Company wide purchasing strategy, and further procurement procedures, building and maintaining strong working relationships to gain buy- in and engagement with the key stakeholders, challenge, enhance and standardize existing procurement practices across all business units to ensure conformity of approach, generate economies of scale and deliver better value for money, utilizing the following principles:
Essential Functions: This role will serve as a key enabler of the overall commercialization effort for Jazz's existing and new commercial products, providing guidance and support to leaders across the US Affiliate and G&A functions. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams across the Company delivering value and cost-optimization opportunities, capturing cost-savings/reductions, and improving financial and operational performance. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $115,200.00 - $172,800.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
