Description

Network Health is seeking a Configuration and Quality Assurance Analyst I who will translate standard business needs from benefits and contracts into configuration rules following Network Health best practices and regulatory requirements. This individual collaborates cross functionally to ensure quality and accurate data is obtained to ensure members, providers, and customers receive accurate information regarding their benefits. The CQA I, will be responsible for analyzing, entering, trouble shooting and testing configuration for all lines of business.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Comply with and apply standard practices in QNXT, EAM, NetworX Optum PPS and Rate Manager systems. Maintain data accuracy to ensure service level agreements are met for the systems and customers being supported.
  • Ensure configuration desk level procedure requirements and tasks are followed completed within applicable SLA on a timely basis
  • Assist with analysis of the applicable code publications in addition to new or updated internal policies/best practices to assess and respond to impact on configuration and related system processes. This includes but is not limited to release documents, CMS or other government publications, coding publications
  • Collaborate with peers to resolve issues, errors or referrals as it relates to configuration and application to business flows and engage in resolution to a positive outcome
  • Follow testing plans and protocols established to configure changes in the system and engage in peer review process and bring changes through advisory board prior to production.
  • Document and update all testing results relating test plans and scripts within the departments desk procedures.
  • Exposure to SQL and understanding of requesting to run queries Test and support reconfiguration for any product upgrades, system upgrades and business requirements
  • Collaborates with business partners to provide cross functional analysis of proposed functionality and testing across application/systems.
  • Troubleshoots issues relevant to user security & information flow across applications/systems.
  • Review, updates and deletes claim edit codes in accordance with governmental agencies and department standards.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Associate degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years' experience with QNXT, other Cognizant products, or Optum Products as subject matter expert system user or background in configuration for similar database structured system in health or another industry
  • Depending on functional team the role will be supporting, position may require:

    • 2+ years of experience coding OR 2+ years working with provider contracts or payments





**This role requires you to work a hybrid schedule. You will be required to work in office 2-3 days per week at the Menasha office.
