Alcon is hosting a comprehensive 4-day in-person Extern development event for 30 rising Sophomores. The externship will focus on diversity and inclusion, professional development, learning about the R&D function, and Co-op and Internship opportunities at Alcon. The purpose of this externship is to provide a developmental experience for the benefit of those who are selected. The R&D 'Innovate Boldly' Diversity Externship is committed to cultivating diverse student partnerships. Candidates from historically underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We innovate boldly, champion progress, and act with speed as the global leader in eye care. Participants will not perform services for Alcon.
