The RoleAspenTech, a market leader in digital transformation for capital-intensive industries, is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive its Industrial Data Fabric & Data Strategy. In this global role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the commercial success of multi-product solutions tailored to key markets and customers.

The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate across teams-product marketing, product management, technical field resources, industry marketing, and market research-to develop and execute multi-product marketing strategies and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Ideal candidates will bring 5-10 years of experience in industrial data applications within energy, chemicals, or similar sectors, with hands-on knowledge of implementing and supporting technical solutions. Your Impact
  • Market Strategy & Positioning: Define product positioning, solution messaging, and competitive differentiation for Industrial Data Fabric solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver training materials, presentations, and demos.
  • Industry Insights: Understand manufacturing challenges in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, and other growth sectors to refine strategies and how data-driven approaches can transform industries and companies.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for industrial data fabric solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Value Articulation: Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits for stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Produce diverse marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and customer success stories.
  • Event Support: Develop and manage content for conferences, including Aspen Global Conferences and customer presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather customer insights, identify opportunities, and inform messaging strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align messaging with market dynamics and corporate branding.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze data-driven decision-making processes in key industries to refine targeting and positioning strategies.
What You'll Need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in product marketing and go-to-market strategies for data-driven technologies in the industrial sector or related process industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with industrial data management (Fabrics) and data applications, particularly in energy, chemicals, or related markets.
  • Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success with worldwide marketing campaigns and operationalizing product marketing strategies for advanced digital technologies.
  • Skillset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and charismatic, with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, including internationally.
