MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School graduate. Bachelor's degree in related field desire.

Training and Experience: Up to one (1) year of PMATs mission support experience. Current qualified FTU ISO's may be considered, as a substitute for the experience requirements.

General Skills: Must be able to prioritize tasks, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly organize, ability to handle multiple tasks, high analytical ability, detail oriented, and work with little to no supervision

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Security Clearance: Must currently possess a security clearance of "Secret" or above.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide real-time PMAT's mission support to on-going simulator missions, including EPE's.
• Provide mission support to Launch and Recovery, Continuation Training (CT), regular syllabus missions and VIP and/or guest demonstrations.
• Responsible for loading the appropriately scheduled mission ahead of the arrival of the instructor and student crew scheduled for the simulator.
• Maintain an immediate presence during the conduct of the mission in order to provide real-time tactical adjustments as directed by the instructor or CT crew.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for maintenance or programming issues that occur.
• Maintain the time-use log for the PMATs.
• Maintain a daily log of simulator discrepancies for coordination with PMATs manufacturer's representative on site.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
