Marenakos Rock Center, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group, is seeking self-motivated , customer service-oriented individual that is a team player to join our family as a Local CDL Driver. As our CDL (Class A) Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver products to customers' places of business or job sites. Safety is one of our many top priorities therefore we offer safety bonuses for clean inspections! The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime. CDL Class A for Dump Truck. Residential and commercial deliveries. Hauling material from quarries. Essential Duties: An eye for safety including vehicle inspections, load securement and general rules of the road Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle Loading, unloading, and stage orders on a job site environment Deliver to customer sites and branch locations Understand and adhere to the FMCSA regulations Maintain truck and driving records by obtaining signed delivery receipts, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and truck performance forms Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Valid CDL (Class A) License Acceptable safe driving record Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus Basic computer knowledge helpful Forklift experience is helpful Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis Able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test and DOT physical We offer a dynamic work environment where you'll have the chance to develop, grow, and flourish professionally as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock ownership, paid time off and paid weekly. Deliveries will consist of landscape and masonry stone The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $22.50 to $28.65 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
