RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid
- Independent review and preparation of basic loan requests through the loan origination system
- Perform a quality control review of the information entered and submitted into the loan origination system for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before preparing loan documents
- Coordinate with Loan Assistants and Lenders to correct discrepancies or to obtain additional information
- Provide consistent documentation standards and adhere to all loan documentation procedures
- Validate system implementation and test new department software
- Report system implementation issues to information services team
- Provide support and backup coverage to department; cross-training required
- Assist with department projects as requested by manager
- Stay up-to-date with bank, investor, and regulatory changes affecting commercial loans
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 2 years experience with commercial loan documentation is a plus
SCHEDULE
Standard hours will be Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally the position will require 40 hours per week.
A flexible work arrangement is available for this position. The position will require some scheduled onsite hours. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information.
Remote work within Park footprint may be considered, please speak to the hiring manager.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.
