We are currently seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor that works closely with a team of specialists within Wealth Management and other Wealth Advisors to gain a thorough understanding of the uses and applications of the full range of Old National's products and services. This position will engage with and learn from Private Bankers, Trust Officers, Fixed Income Team, RPS Administrators, and Philanthropy Officers, as appropriate. The incumbent will leverage their acquired knowledge and networking skills to provide clients with comprehensive and highly individualized financial services and investment strategies.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $54,000 - $102,000 per year. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop Knowledge and Experience in Client Portfolio Management:

* Deliver outstanding client service by participating in regular client meetings with other Wealth Advisors to review and update client goals, financial information, and investments.
* Develop knowledge of portfolio construction - determining implementation vehicles such as separate accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, partnerships, closed-end funds and structured products
* Work with Wealth Advisors and financial planning team to implement financial plan recommendations.
* Support the presentation of client advice when appropriate to individual client situations and in line with the firm's planning processes, investment strategy and fiduciary standard.
* Develop and expand knowledge across all functions of financial planning, including cash flow management, investments, insurance, tax strategy, retirement analysis and estate planning.

Develop the ability to provide advice to clients through Financial Planning:

* Participate in the presentation of investment strategies to clients with other Wealth Advisors.
* Learn from and collaborate with the Financial Planning team to deliver and implement comprehensive strategies.
* Develop an understanding of and the ability to determine the factors surrounding and defining the client's wealth, including personal/family objectives, family structure, investment knowledge, sources of wealth, structure of financial holdings and liquidity needs
* Learn to assess opportunities and determine alternatives and solutions to meet client needs.

Develop Relationship Management and Client Prospecting skills:

* Learn how to deliver client presentations through hands-on participation in client meetings with Wealth Advisors and business partners in Commercial and Private Banking.
* Learn to how to become "referable" through the cultivation of strong productive working relationships with business partners in Commercial, Consumer, and Private Banking.
* Build a strong network by participating in community affairs, activities, and organizations to maintain visibility and increase the visibility of Old National's Wealth Management brand.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of economic and financial conditions appropriate to advise clients throughout the business cycle:

* Consistent research and develop subject matter expertise to consult clients appropriately.
* Maintain knowledge of current developments and trends in all relevant technical/professional knowledge area.
* Develop an understanding of the industry and the factors that affect company performance, utilize industry knowledge in planning and decision-making.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
* Ability to obtain CFP, CFA, MBA or Professional designation(s)
