THE POSITION The VTC Operations Professional will demonstrate technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of VTC systems by performing a variety of complex and creative assignments while being proficient with computer, video, and audio equipment and VTC software, and overseeing the maintenance of VTC equipment. - Responsible for providing technical/creative photographic support services to include capturing images using multiple different photographic techniques, invention, modifying/enhancing images following appropriate guidance/direction, cataloging, and recording both raw and finished products, and archiving images using creativity on appropriate media using Visual Information Reference Identification Number (VIRIN) numbers and government-provided security guidance
- Capture and accurately record incoming/outgoing work via government-provided systems and processes to ensure requests are appropriately supported, no work is lost, and finished products are produced in an effective and efficient manner
- Maintain the functionality of photographic equipment, to include, but not limited to: Cameras, Lighting, Computer editing suites, Printers, and Compact Disc (CD) Writers, to include conducting routine preventive maintenance and appropriately recording and reporting malfunctions in an expeditious manner
- Evaluate and recommend use of software, guidelines, procedures, and development of project plans to enhance products produced and/or efficiency at which work orders are satisfied
- Interact with both customer and contract leadership relating complex technical issues/solutions in a manner to establish a partnership
- Operate with appreciable creative latitude in developing presentations, produce and preserving images that record an event or story using professional photographic and innovative methods and originality
- Improve the customer's operating environment by providing expert support while also maintaining the cybersecurity/IA posture of systems/hardware managed/administered for both JSSC and JSSCs customer's assets
- Compliance with all safety and security standards and perform other duties/projects as assigned

- 100% on-site at the Pentagon
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to be Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrinated; AND,
- Highschool diploma; AND,
- 5 years of experience providing multimedia support across a range of multimedia systems/architectures such as:
- Editing pictures in computer applications such as Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on After Effects, Premier, and Photoshop,
- Digital photography,
- Professional lighting equipment,
- Professional video cameras and DSLRs,
- Set and studio lighting, shooting, green screen keying, and audio editing,
- Video production, editing and production equipment,
- Framing and composition,
- Lighting and audio for video,
- directing talent, writing, story boarding, and pre-production
- or related skills
