Within our Ascent team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking aPerformance Marketing Specialistto drive our organization to greater levels of growth and success! Ascent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leprino Foods Company, the world's largest producer of mozzarella cheese. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be a full-time position reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This will be a key support role for growing Ascent's eCommerce channels including direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and Retail.com with a specific focus in retention marketing for our DTC channel. This person will need to have a strong desire to grow their skillset in eCommerce and digital marketing with willingness to work with external stakeholders to complete projects, both small and large. Additionally, this person will be responsible for partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to include operations, sales, & customer experience. At Leprino Foods starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $64,000and $76,000. This position has an annual target bonus of5%. Retention Marketing
