Sr Pricing Manager, Operations

The Pricing Sr Manager will help determine the optimal price for the products / solutions by considering market position, consumer value, competitive landscape, and costs. The ideal candidate will set base prices, develop discount programs, assess the competitive offering, and optimize Electrolux value proposition. In addition, this position has overall responsibility for leading the daily & monthly activities of the pricing execution team. The position reports to the Pricing & Revenue Management Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that address market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
  • Lead pricing governance within United States working closely with internal controls and driving continuous improvement.
  • Help to lead current pricing transformation process, implementation of new pricing tools and ways of working.
  • Lead a team with the purpose to analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer segments, value propositions, and market positioning to determine appropriate pricing strategies.
  • Lead pricing analysis and modeling to forecast the impact of various pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance against targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work closely with Commercial Finance and Merchandizing team to ensure pricing strategies align with financial goals and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are consistent with product lifecycle management, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular pricing performance reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Management of the sales pricing process within SAP and other tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Pricing tools such as PVM, Price Waterfall etc..
  • Financial analysis experience including sales & profitability analysis and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to adjust/react quickly to changing priorities and work in ambiguous situations
  • Proven ability to lead and drive projects
  • Master level ability in Microsoft Office suite. SAP experience preferred
  • Experience working with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience with data analysis, pricing, or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
