What You'll Do

As a Sales Operations Analyst II, you will:

• Manage, analyze, and resolve data-related issues.
• Develop and design Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to track and use for commercial enhancements.
• Compile data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis.
• Perform advanced data analysis to solve business problems or service requests using SQL and other similar tools.
• Contributes to the development of incentive plans and objectives.
• Manages field bonus calculations, supports the monthly commission calculations, and communicates achievements directly with the commercial team.
• Contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the organization by identifying, resolving, and eliminating process problems.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Math or other quantitative disciplines.
• At least 2-4 years of related work experience in the MedTech industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical skills are required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS Access, MS PowerPoint, ERP systems, SQL, CRM systems and database extraction required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $72,000 to $85,000 US. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
