Summary The Director, New Business Stabilization, has the primary responsibility to align all new business transition for multiple TRIMEDX CO functions, operations, and clients. This role leads functional, cross functional, and team members to develop integrated account growth plans while partnering with Client Services. The Director, NBS will plan, direct, and coordinate growth opportunities to maximize the strategic use of commercial operations tools and process for pre- and post- go live support. This role aligns findings from the post- go live stabilization process with the appropriate team for action planning to ensure contractual commitments are met such as preexisting conditions and operational KPI's. The Director, NBS will possess strong operational, business, and industry knowledge as well as s solid understanding of regulatory, change management, and finances. Responsibilities Operational CSA (Compliance, Safety & Accountability): (20%)
- Direct the onboarding of new clients to TRIMEDX by leading the Operational CSA process.
- Engage with new client leadership to build TRIMEDX relationship, educate on our processes, and implement commercial operations tools.
- Partner with field operations leadership in new client sites to implement TRIMEDX program at new site(s).
- Drive strategic growth priorities for operations and client services to efficiently stabilize client relationship.
- Facilitate transition of client relationship through onboarding process from implementation to operations and client services.
Post Go Live Operations Stabilization: (30%)
- Coordinate and provide oversite of new associate training and support through initial operations phase.
- Provide business operations training and support to Site Leadership including KPI management & workload balancing.
- Engagement through service contract onboarding and reconciliation with new operations team and commercial operations, continued service strategy support post reconciliation.
- Regulatory support through PM transition plan guidance.
New Business Stabilization Team: (50%)
- Serves as the strategic advisor and SME for onsite technical support and mentorship for new TRIMEDX associates.
- Facilitates preexisting conditions evaluation to identify state of equipment and program compliance for operations team and the client.
- Leads change management efforts during client transition to TMX and communicates with clinical leaders to ensure onsite needs are addressed.
- Facilitate sharing of knowledge and best practices across implementation sites.
- Leadership: Provide clear direction to ensure collective achievement of goals and objectives. Create an environment of respect, collaboration, and open communication.
- Associate Development: Identify and support development needs of direct reports and team members including connecting them to resources both internally and externally to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
- Associate Engagement: Create high levels of employee engagement by understanding organizational and personal drivers that impact drivers and developing action plans that deliver increased engagement.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals and expectations for teams, monitor, and enable performance and intervene with appropriate action when performance gaps occur and provide timely, honest feedback. Ensure that associates complete assigned actions by required deadlines.
All other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a clinical engineering environment.
- Experience in account management navigating complex customers.
- Project management and/or CI experience with the ability to drive outcomes and solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels within an organization.
- Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50% travel).
- Ability to lead a team (direct and indirect) thru large scale projects.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Clinical Engineering or related field required and at least 5 years of people management experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
