JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Digital Strategist and Fundraising Analytics role is pivotal in enhancing Four Diamonds' digital presence and fundraising efforts. This position evaluates and optimizes digital strategies, manages the FourDiamonds.org website and community platform and analyzes campaign effectiveness through metrics and KPIs. The strategist will collaborate with vendors for SEO improvements, create and train staff on PowerBI dashboards, and develop frameworks to leverage digital assets for driving fundraising and new business initiatives.

  • Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy including managing FourDiamonds.org and our Four Diamonds Community platform.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and fundraising initiatives, using metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.

  • Liaise with website vendors to work on SEO optimization of our digital platforms.

  • Create, update and train staff on new PowerBI Dashboards.

  • Map and develop framework for how digital assets will help drive fundraising and new business for Four Diamonds.

  • Review and analyze market and/or institutional data to inform marketing strategy and tactical development

  • Utilize digital analytics data, third-party subscription tools, and search engine optimization tools to improve performance

  • Collaborate in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of paid search advertising campaigns

  • Provide status reports on marketing effectiveness through appropriate channels, and ensure that changes are made based on the results of data analysis

  • Participate in the development of campaign budgets and monitor campaign expenditures

Minimum requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$61,800.00 - $89,600.00
