Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to lead revenue growth and build strong, consultative relationships within a Tier 1 MSO (Multiple System Operator) customer in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of broadband, cable, and fiber optic solutions with a proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver value-driven outcomes.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

Territory Management: Oversee a geographically diverse region, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals. Collaborate with account leadership to drive alignment and deliver exemplary customer support.

Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow strategic product categories, expand existing business lines, and maintain core product market share within the telecommunications sector.

Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and manage long-term customer relationships through regular, professional engagement. Act as a trusted advisor by delivering tailored, consultative solutions that address customer needs.

Technical Expertise & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams, including account-based and product-based engineers, to deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and support for strategic product launches. Proactively identify and resolve technical or operational challenges.

Sales Funnel Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecast sales, and provide account leadership with timely insights on territory progress, product performance, and new market applications.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Provide feedback from the field to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What you bring:



  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. 3-5+ years of field sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, optical networks, or related industries. Experience with MSO operations, HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial), and FTTX (Fiber to the X) architecture is highly desirable.


  • Work Environment: Remote-based role, requiring self-management and the ability to set weekly schedules effectively. Moderate overnight travel within the territory, with occasional travel outside the region for training or company events.
