Description Initially, Processors will handle Licensing and titles. You will be the primary owner for transactions related to handling initial title and registration completion for units based on states. The role is dedicated to assisting all drivers with maintaining the legality of plates on an ongoing basis while the vehicle is being title and registered. * Financially, the team member should focus on efficient and cost-effective ways to process their transactions. * Strong organizational planning, decision-making, execution, and proven analytical skills required. * Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion, and good judgment to respond to all requests professionally and courteously. * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and user-level application knowledge, data entry, and typing skills, and familiarity with general office equipment. * Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle: processing state transfers, buy leasebacks, ownership transfers, title corrections, state-to-state transfers (retitling), and title follow-up. * Follow Title Management Processing procedures including title management and collaboration of employee and project team will be necessary to accomplish goals. * Strong organizational planning, decision-making, execution, and proven analytical skills required. * Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion, and good judgment to respond to all requests professionally and courteously. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
