Who We Are ... SourceAmerica is searching for a Quality Manager to join its team. The Subject Matter Expert for Quality provides leadership and drives the development, training, rollout, management, and evaluation of quality management systems (programs and processes) in support of nonprofit agencies (NPAs) members. The Subject Matter Expert for Quality (SME) supports key strategies, objectives, and initiatives emphasizing the delivery of quality services and products to Federal customers at fair market prices. Due to the job requirements - the ideal candidate would be based in a U.S. central state. What You Will Do ... Salary Range The salary for this position falls in a range between $95,000 - $100,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States. What You Must Have ...

5 years: Experience with cooperative agreement contracts. (required)
