Moog's Space Sector is looking for a Product Engineer to join them. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

As aProduct Engineer, you will provide engineering support for a variety of production and/or development programs involving valves and fluid components, and their associated test equipment systems and software. You will be responsible for the product design and test systems necessary for the sustainment of assigned products that are through qualification, and the transfer of development programs/products into the production environment.

To be considered for Product Engineer, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

• Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Mechanical Engineering experience working in a production environment.

• Experience writing work instructions and mechanical and/or space rated valve experience is preferred.

As a Product Engineer, you will:

• Maintain and enhance the product integrity / quality / produce-ability of assigned product.

• Continuously improve the processes and requirements Moog has authority to modify/enforce.

• Provide engineering support.

• Travel to Moog, customer, and supplier facilities for as-needed support (approximately 1-3 out-of-state trips per year; as-needed Moog facility EA and NF trips).
