Job Title: Organizational Development Manager

Location: Conyers, GA or other DFR location (Richmond, VA; Sylmar, CA; Keosauqua, IA; Phoenix, AZ)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to lead several processes/functional areas for the Dover Food Retail team, including Talent Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, etc.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Design, build, and facilitate learning and development courses and initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive organizational change, manage team dynamics, and support strategic business objectives
  • Lead the Individual Development plan process and related Performance Management processes
  • Lead DFR's Talent Review process, which involves identifying key roles and high-potential employees as a part of succession planning
  • Serve as a coach/facilitator with People Leaders across the organization.
  • Lead Change Leadership initiatives across the organization
  • Ensure that all talent management practices comply with legal regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of talent initiatives

What are the basic qualifications?

  • 5 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development
  • 8+ years of total experience in human resources, with a proven track record in designing and implementing talent management strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
