How you will do it: We are seeking a proficient mechanic with experience in air-cooled or water-cooled equipment to handle top-tier commercial and industrial systems. We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), along with recognition, financial incentives, and career progression opportunities. Employee safety is our top priority, and we provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to ensure that you deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve delivering the highest standard of service to our clients, addressing building inefficiencies, and resolving service-related issues. As a trusted partner to our customers, you will provide solutions and actionable outcomes during service calls. Additionally, you will offer recommendations to enhance facility efficiency, identify upselling opportunities, and provide quotes to support these recommendations. What we look for: Required
Pay Range: 46.60 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. |
