Job OverviewAs a Rural Market Manager, you'll build, recruit, and maintain a strong team of Retail Store Managers, supporting them every step of the way. Why? This person will serve as a change agent for Small Market Rural Areas (SMRA), supporting multiple channels to increase market share and a strong T-Mobile brand presence. This person must have a proven ability to adapt well to change and fast paced environments, including experience in sales, leading and inspiring multi-unit teams, market/store visits, prospecting, and conducting audits to ensure operational excellence. A successful candidate will be strong in relationship building and influence, interact directly with Dealers, Account Managers, and other cross-functional Leaders. Frequent travel required. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
