Job Description:

The Shared Services Proposals and Collateral Center - Senior Associate is a member of the Proposals and Collateral Center relative to the creation, editing, formatting, proofing, mapping, and processing of the content and collateral to be utilized within presentations, proposals, or request for proposals, using the Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized software in accordance with established Firm standards. In this role, you will perform a range of duties including collaborating with other Proposal and Collateral Team members and client service teams. Responsible for collaborating across the team and with team leads to ensure delivery of proposals, contributing to the development and maintenance of collateral and information, both digital and physical, to ensure all resources remain current and readily available across the team. Responsible to support and contribute to the development, communication, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures related to Proposal and Collateral and related services, processes, and procedures, and responsible for leading standardized application of said processes and procedures across the team and the firm.

The successful candidate should be an advocate for continuous improvement, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and a comprehensive skill set encompassing people management, communication, project coordination, organization, and process management Knowledge of the internal business practices and priorities is essential to support various projects with a commitment to quality, precision, and confidentiality. Exceptional communication skills are critical, as this role involves interactions with client services teams across all business units, as needed. A high degree of technical competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications is necessary as the work performed by this team requires a deep understanding of and proficient use of these technologies to ensure compliance with Firm work deliverable standards.The position reports to the Management Leads and is a member of the Proposal and Collateral Center in the Shared Services Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, format, proofread and process reports using the Microsoft Office suite, or utilize other specialized software, using various styles with multiple page layouts, headers/footers, graphs/charts/tables, and mappings and utilizing Firm standards.

  • Review and supervise the work of Proposal and Collateral Center - Associates

  • Develop and conduct training with Team members as needed, including, identifying training needs, translate service requirements, processes, and technical needs into trainings, build annual training programs and deliver team training including new hire integration training.

  • Ensure compliance with Firm and BU standards.

  • Work with internal customers, the Proposal and Collateral Center Leader and others to inform process, technology, template, and training enhancement opportunities.

  • Provide consistent, high quality and on-time service delivery.

  • Interact with client service teams to ensure timely and accurate work preparation, completion, and problem resolution.

  • Ensure integrity of data entered in the systems used by the team.

  • Utilize tracking systems to ensure all requests are assigned and completed promptly.

  • Commit and contribute daily as needed to ensure BU SLAs are either met or exceeding performance expectations.

  • Collaborate to ensure work requests and related tasks move through the appropriate workflows in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with Firm and BU specific policies, processes,and deliverable requirements.

  • Collaborate with Team Leads to expedite the review and execution of various work requests.

  • Assist, as needed, in addressing and implementing opportunities and providing insights to drive greater efficiencies in work processes, procedures, and workflows, reporting, and use of technology and lead the implementation of changes and improvements.

  • Work with client service teams on complex requests.

  • Conduct training with Proposal and Collateral Center Team members as needed.

  • Coordinate workflow and support deliverables through completion and facilitate communications associated with client work and business processes.

  • Aid and answer questions on processes, formatting and utilizing software, systems, and work tools.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to build strong respectful and professional working relationships at all levels, internal and external to the Firm.

  • Strong work ethic and desire to produce results as part of a successful practice.

  • Strong verbal communication and people related skills.

  • Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Word, including formatting complex documents using various styles with multiple page layouts, tables/charts/graphics, and headers/footers, Excel, PowerPoint as well as other web based and database solutions, with the ability to quickly learn other programs and applications.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to complete work and projects.

  • Strategic awareness and ability to bring ideation and efficiencies to projects and processes and champion efforts related to change management and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience.

  • Background in professional services operations.

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or relevant field is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in the professional services industry.

  • Experience with work request applications.

  • Experience working with client service teams to maintain Firm standards.

  • Professional presence, positive attitude, and exceptional client service skills.

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality in all information, work products and communications.

  • Process orientation and analytical skills to identify and report trends and make recommendations.

  • Problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills with ability to apply logic to find solutions while learning and applying various ways in which to make revisions using software applications.

  • Ability to use initiative and judgment in managing work.

  • Agile and flexible with the ability to demonstrate openness to new challenges, opportunities, and continuous learning.

  • Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the brand and quality standards and procedures established by Crowe.

  • High energy level and ability to function in fast-paced, high stress situations attributed to tight deadlines and multiple client or team needs.

  • Accepts and manages ambiguity/complexity and guides others in dealing effectively with change barriers and constraints.

  • Superior attention to detail, especially with financial analyses, and written narratives

  • Ability to timely resolve complaints and concerns

  • Patient and adaptable to change.

Additional Job Description:

  • Ability to work flexible schedule and hours based on project work and peak busy times.

  • Overtime may be expected especially during peak busy times.

  • Ability to travel for training sessions, events and meetings, as needed.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000.00 - $92,600.00 per year.
