Manager, Client Informatics

This job is responsible for providing leadership for developing a data ecosystem for complete business and functional understanding of our client relationships. The scope of this job includes developing the tools and reporting capabilities to develop algorithmic client health scoring that will allow WellSky to constantly and efficiently act to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in data storytelling and education to senior leadership, effectively coaching stakeholders in interpretation of data trends and how they impact business objectives, strategy and focus areas.
  • Manage a team of business analysts supporting functional leadership, business unit leadership and executive leadership
  • Review, recommend and execute on CRM strategies that allow for clear WellSky-wide client optics
  • Develop client hierarchy and business rules for how we document and digitize our client relationships
  • Develop client level dashboards outlining client health
  • Regular business unit and functional reporting outlining longitudinal performance, issues and trends.
  • Work with business unit and functional leadership for ad-hoc business performance, issues and trends.
  • Work with sales in identifying enterprise opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and execute on data foundations required to develop client centered solution telemetry creating an understanding of adoption, utilization, gaps and scope.
  • Develop and execute on data foundations required to connect voice-of-the-client into solution level priorities and engineering roadmaps.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4-6 years related work experience.
  • At least 0-1 years of relevant management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
