As a Lead Business Systems Analyst specializing in GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems at Workiva, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimizing the lead-to-opportunity process. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders across sales, sales operations, and product marketing to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, drive productivity, and align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will include owning the roadmap for GTM systems, acting as a strategic partner to align business and technology, and influencing decisions to ensure the seamless integration of tools and processes across the organization. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
