This role serves the University of Central Florida as the subject matter expert for all Facilities and Business Office projects involving electrical systems, including energy generation, power distribution, and electrical component design and troubleshooting. The incumbent will identify and recommend efficiency improvements, provide technical guidance to UES leadership and staff, and facilitate solutions during the design and construction phases of projects. A current PE license is required. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information. Licensed in a state of the United States as a Professional Engineer. Must be licensed in the state of Florida as a Professional Engineer within one year of hire. Preferred Qualifications:
