Manufacturing - EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY / BUILDER (1 st shift) - Workstation Construction

Improvement Work Station Assembly/Build Team.

Nidec Mobility Automotive Electronics is a world leader in sensing and control
technology and world class Designer / Manufacturer of automotive electronic sensing devices. We design/manufacture the most discrete functions within an automobile - from seat switches, power window switches, and instrument panel controls, towards complex user interfaces. NMOA is directly involved with automotive OEM's and holds a leadership position within Nidec for product development with global vehicle makers.

We seek an energetic team player to support Workstation Building for our
Automotive Electronics Component Production Environment. Additionally, our
successful candidate will support our '3Q6S' Operations' activities (Quality(Worker- Company-Product), Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Job responsibilities and Required Skills include:
Develop / Create Production Work Stations
* Assemble / Build Work stations / Racks for Production Projects (PVC piping)
* Perform measuring, equipment layout, Assist with Continuous Process
Improvement (Kaizen) activities
* Assist Kaizen/Production Team with Daily and Weekly 3Q6S Activities
* Assist Equipment MaintenanceTeam with Weekly PM (Preventive Maintenance)
Activities on automated Production equipment.
* Perform Data Input documenting improvement activity
Required Skills
* Hand Tools (Tape Measure, Socket wrench, Saw, Screw driver)
* Power Tools (Jigsaw, Router, Circular saw)
* Blueprint reading (a "Plus")
