Director of Pharmacy As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, youwill oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. Schedule: This position will work full time 32 hours per week with occasional on-call duties on the weekends. About the Facility: Southridge Behavioral Hospital will incorporate modern, innovative and evidence-based care focused on individual needs, comfort and safety. The new facility, to be located near the Trinity Health Medical Center in Byron Center, will accommodate up to 96 adult and geriatric beds when it opens in 2025. The design of the new hospital incorporates today's modern, innovative, evidence-based care elements that focus on patient safety. Programming will be tailored to individual patient needs, with core psychiatric services and counseling supplemented by enrichment activities such as art therapy, music therapy, pet therapy and outdoor activity. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-dayoperations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. Required Qualifications:
