Medela is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Customer Excellence Specialist, Professional Care (Hospitals)

As a Bilingual Customer Excellence Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our hospital clients by providing top-notch service, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth operations of product and service issues. We are looking for someone with a customer-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems. If you have experience in order entry and product resolution, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:


  • Order Processing: Efficiently handle order entries, troubleshoot issues, and process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) for capital equipment orders related to hospital accounts. You'll also ensure accurate billing entries for monthly, fixed-rate, and prepaid hospital agreements.

  • Customer Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for hospital accounts, addressing any service and repair needs while maintaining excellent communication across all channels.

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, including issues with shipping, returns, and serial records.



What We're Looking For:


  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Canadian French & English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role. Experience working with ERP & CRM systems (preferably SAP & Salesforce) is essential.

  • Order Processing Expertise: Previous experience handling order entry, order processing, and product resolution.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the Windows environment, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail to manage hospital equipment, order processing, and service needs effectively.

  • Flexibility: Open to a temporary position and eager to work in a dynamic, team-driven environment.



Education & Skill Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • At least two years of experience in a customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.

  • Experience working with CRM & ERP Systems.



Pay Range: Starting at $21 per hour
