Master's of Social Work (MSW)

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a full time Civilian Medical Social Worker, Special Needs Coordinator at Hickam Air Force Base, in Honolulu. HI. This Contract Position offers:

Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30
• No nights, weekends or holidays

Job Requirements:

The MSW will have the following requirements:

• Masters of Social Work Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work
• At least two years of full time experience in care coordination, discharge planning, or case management in a medical setting within the last four years.
• Must have knowledge and skills to effectively apply the SNC functions
• Any state license
• BLS Certification
