You Are:

You are a seasoned AI Engineer with a deep understanding of Generative AI (Gen-AI) and Large Language Models (LLM). Your experience in applying these technologies to engineering software sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment, constantly seeking to push the boundaries of what is possible. You possess strong programming skills and are passionate about improving design software to create cutting-edge solutions. Your ability to analyze complex problems, coupled with your creativity and knowledge, allows you to develop innovative solutions that enhance product performance and efficiency. What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing advanced Gen-AI and LLM models to enhance engineering software.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Analyzing and optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience with applying Gen-AI / LLM to engineering software.
• Extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art Gen-AI / LLM models.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in Optics and Photonics is nice to have.
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Science
