We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals, as well as new graduates who are eager to grow and develop their skills. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment for patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and orthopedic conditions.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions through assessments, interviews, and medical histories
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery
  • Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulations
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Required Qualifications:



  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in orthopedic physical therapy, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage a high patient caseload
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development



Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience as a physical therapist
  • 1+ years of experience with orthopedic conditions



The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
