Function, Team, and Role The TA Enablement team supports the Talent Acquisition function with reports and data analyses. This role is a part of the Talent Acquisition team, and there will be a lot of collaboration with Workforce Analytics and IT Analytics teams, and exposure to multiple data platforms and data sources Assignment and Responsibility Data extraction and preparation, data visualization and analysis to uncover insights of the recruitment process. Some of the projects: hiring and headcount projections, diversity hiring planning, time to hire projections and hiring cycle analysis (e.g. where can we create the most impact by increasing efficiency in the hiring process) Requirements and Qualifications Excel, data visualization, data engineering, R/Python, report automation, Tableau Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
