* 1) Experience providing IT support within a cloud based environment supporting different services such as Azure AD, o365, Deployments, Security * 2) Experience with some form of automation for tasks whether it's scripting in PowerShell or Python or utilizing other automation tools * 3) Strong desire to continue to learn and grow on the job to better understand Cloud and security services within Ford environment. *Description* * The IT Operations Support Engineer is primarily responsible for following and critically reviewing policies and configurations for the use of cloud apps & services, taking responsibility for customer-report issues through troubleshooting to successful resolution, tracking and communication, maintaining a secure cloud environment, ensuring appropriate availability of services, and supporting app/services operations including determining the appropriate escalation path as needed. * This role may also require occasional evening and weekend support of planned maintenance activities. * This is intended to be an on-going role and must be able to be on site 4-5 days per week. *Other responsibilities and duties: * * Experience providing technical support within a enterprise style environment * Experience troubleshooting within a cloud-based environment * Any experience with task automation via scripting in Python or Powershell is ideal * Experience using automation tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Rundeck would be a nice to have. * Onboarding new users and helping get accounts provisioned and configured properly * Experience monitoring logs and running regression scripts * Ability to quickly and effectively learn new technology and best practices and contribute to the team. * Experience running basic reports and double checking for accuracy * Any experience with SQL is a nice to have * Strong customer service when following up with users tickets to ensure resolution of their problems * Open to being part of a weekly on-call rotation to monitor and troubleshoot systems and infrastructure issues *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
