Title: Assistant Dietary Manager Job Duties: The Assistant Dietary Manager will assist the Dietary Supervisor in directing the department and following policies and procedures. The Assistant Dietary Manager also assists the Dietary Supervisor in conducting interviews and hiring and training the dietary staff per facility policy. The Assistant Dietary Manager is also responsible for the preparation and service of food and ensures that approved menus and accompanying recipes are followed. Schedule: Full-Time Qualifications:

About the campus: Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities. The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs - for example, Alzheimer's or dementia. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
